Managing Director Peter Bayliss has been involved in the Australian music industry for over 20 years in a number of roles including performer, artist manager, booking agent, promoter, event manager and label manager.

In that same time he has had a parallel career in accounting/business working in varied roles including: Auditor, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, CFO, Business Manager and acted as CEO in private enterprise, community/arts organisations and Government.
